At Mountain Equipment, we want you to be fully prepared for your next adventure. If your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
